We offer a standard 6-month vocational training program (Hello Training) aimed at early re-employment in the manufacturing sector. The curriculum focuses on practical training tailored to the local labor needs, allowing for effective and efficient acquisition of vocational skills.
*This program is not offered at the Osaka Port Polytechnic Center.

Fostering Human Resources to Support the Industrial Base

In the Human Resources Productivity Support Center at the Polytechnic Centers, we support employers and employers’ organizations for their human resources productivity development training. We provide 1)counseling for skills development, 2) training for employed people(skills development seminar), 3) training to support productivity,and 4) dispatching of vocational training instructors(Techno Instructors), along with lending of facilities/equipment. Nurturing and Training of Vocational Training Instructors for Improving Their Skills

The Support System for Job Seekers aims to support job seekers who are ineligible for unemployment benefits under employment insurance and who are deemed by the director of a Hello Work office to require employment support such as vocational training. This support includes providing vocational training, subsidies to make vocational training more accessible, and other employment-related assistance, with the goal of helping job seekers find employment and contributing to the stability of their jobs and lives.

For individuals working in non-regular employment such as part-time workers and temporary/contract staff, we commission private educational and training institutions to provide vocational training that utilizes online platforms, making it easier to learn while continuing to work.
